Refund amount is subjected to processing fee deductions by the different payment methods, if any.

The refund would only be applicable to the student within 3 days prior to the start of the first lesson.

Definition of Terms

Withdrawal: The act of pulling out the student from the school for various valid reason.

Clearance: The process of ensuring that all accountability for both parties are cleared prior to signing the form.

Process Flow

The parents should notify the school by filling in the Student Withdrawal Form and submit it to E.A.T. Academics.

Any monetary refund will be processed within 2 working days.

E.A.T Academics should update the database and notify all internal concerned persons for proper alignment.
